Steps that are taken by us to issue a refund.
1. Reach out to us by our customer care email or phones or WhatsApp.
Discuss the issue with us and show us your receipt or proof of order information.
2. Once we have received your order/item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned order/item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the order/item.
3. If your order/item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, bank account, Momo or the original
method of payment we received from you.
4. You will receive the refund in 15 days
Mostly Winoky Shop will return your money in 12-15 days.
5. Please note, refunds to credit/debit cards may take up to 28 days depending upon the issuing bank.
6. If you paid by mobile money, the refund will be sent to your mobile wallet account. Payments made by cash will be made by company cheque within eight (8) working days from us, and if made by card,
the money will be sent to the same card.
We will arrange at your own cost for the order/item to be collected from you and transported to us, or the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
